Wait till N.Y.

He stood at the top as she slowly made her way towards him, just as she had an hour earlier. He waited.

As they met, the alarm bell sounded, and scared, she ran away.

Bangs resounded and people rejoiced, oblivious to the broken hearts. For them, it was a happy moment, a Happy New Year.

PS: Again wishing everyone a Happy New Year…!!

PPS: I’m a bit too happy today as I just crossed 21k page views in around 11 months. Thank you readers! Yippieee!! :D

  1. Why Karan, why? Why a broken heart in your first post of 2014? While I sit hoping this is not autobiographical, I also sit hoping I have many more posts to read from you this year. :)
    Happy 2014!
