Vroom! The engine had revved fastidiously, only to give a loud screech and a bang.

He remembered her murmurs as she left. She was gone in the flames.

The wind howled, a wolf whined, and the door slammed shut with a boom.

An invisible hand held his shoulder, and he screamed with anger, and fear.
